that I am physically able to care for a rescued dog, specifically, a special needs dog. I understand the
requirement and grant permission for Home Checks to be done, prior to application approval and at any
further time, as deemed necessary by Just A Touch Rescue. I submit that if a Home Check reveals
falsification or misrepresentation of any facts on my part, Just A Touch Rescue (the rescuer), reserves the
right to immediately deny the foster application or if applicable, reclaim said dog from my premises. I release
Just A Touch Rescue (the rescuer), from any liabilities I may incur from the fostering process.
