Spike is an absolute love! What makes this little man happy is a
person to snuggle with. He and his brother, Roscoe, spent most
of their lives in a home. But when their family died, they ended up
living alone together in a garage! When the people that had them
in the garage decided they didn't want them anymore, they took
them to a vet to be killed. Thankfully they ended up in rescue.

Spike is about 12 pounds. He has an adorable face, and loves to
give little kisses. He is about 10 years old, up to date on his
shots, and is neutered.

Spike gets along great with other dogs and older respectful kids.
He walks well on a leash and is crate trained.

When first rescued, Spike and his brother Roscoe seemed to be
very bonded (not a surprise as they only had each other for
company for a year). But they are beginning to need each other
less and less. Ideally Spike and his brother Roscoe would go
together to the same home, but for the right homes, they can be
separated.
